Meet the Founder

Eric D. Capehart, MBA
President & CEO

Born in Nashville, TN, Eric D. Capehart was educated in the Metro Public School System. After graduating from John Overton High School in 1999, Capehart went on to graduate from Tennessee State University (B.S., 2004) and University of Phoenix (MBA, 2008). Capehart was initiated into the Beta Omicron Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., which is first collegiate fraternity for African American men.

With a distinctive personality that depicts a life of perseverance, hope and achievement, Eric Capehart uses his faith in God and his serene confidence as power to encourage others to live purpose driven lives. Capehart has a history of proven leadership as a young professional in his community. Recently, Capehart placed as the 2nd Runner Up in the inaugural Mr. Black Tennessee Pageant, and currently serves as a little league football coach for the West Nashville Broncos. Capehart actively participates with The Scleroderma Foundation, a foundation that raises money and awareness about the rare skin disease that takes lives every day, The American Cancer Societies Strides Against Breast Cancer Annual Walk to raise money for Breast Cancer research, and Capehart is number 1,697 of The Nashville Red Cross initiative Join the 10,000 campaign.

Today, Eric Capehart continues to be a guiding light to his family and his community. Through the efforts of himself and a host of others who were inspired by his vision of youth empowerment, Capehart organized All The Kings Men, Inc., a mentoring program for middle school and high school boys in the Nashville community. Capehart feels that this organization has given him a base to pursue further development of young men, first in his community and later throughout communities worldwide.
